 Our mission
team is now down to mere hours away from our departure
to Southeast Asia as we spread the greatest message the
world has yet to hear.
This year's
trip to Thailand presents an opportunity for South Palm
to partner with Chansommone Sayusaik and the Mercy
Evangelical Mission as we minister to almost 500 church
leaders in that region of the world.
In addition,
this year we are building a parsonage for one of the
pastors there and going into the country of Laos to
encourage the persecuted church. 
 As many of you know, we
just finished a unique series on spiritual warfare
called UNDER ARMOR. While the series
was incredibly well-received, our team is experiencing
unprecedented attacks from the enemy.
You cannot
imagine how critical your prayers are over the next few
days and weeks. One single pray can reach
half-way across our planet and truly make a difference
as we take new territory for the cause of Jesus
Christ. I covet your prayers as we go boldly
into places where the message of God's grace has never
been. Thanks for keeping our names before our Father in
heaven.

also will have a Hawaiian pastor who
has a contagious smile talk to us about how to apply
wisdom to our daily decisions. Don't miss these great

I did however recently hear about
a well-known pastor of a large church who invited in a
guest speaker for ONE weekend and almost half of the
congregation chose to not show up! Beyond being somewhat
embarrassing it also made the pastor wonder: "Does the
congregation show up to hear from God, or do they show
up to hear from me?"
So, I really want to encourage you
to "show up" while I am away. I believe that God will
speak to you through different mouthpieces and, quite
likely, in a way you've never heard before.

support and prayers. You really do make a huge
difference!
